Kuo (Wuu) Li Heng is a queer artist whose past encompasses her rich experiences in the fields of music, theater, and dance. She has participated in multiple music groups and received professional training in theater companies and dance academies. Her works have received numerous awards and have been performed at international dance festivals. Her creations and performances cover a variety of styles and themes, showcasing her versatility and artistic pursuits.
The core values of her art focus on sharing, exchange, and resonance, while combining an understanding of body awareness to promote the expansiveness of community consciousness. She loves collaborating with different artists and is curious about the magic of theater, and she loves celebrating whatever it may be together.
Beyond her artistic pursuits, she explored various body awareness-oriented somatic movement approaches, Stream-Flow Method, Alexander-technique, Counter-technique,and Fasciapulesology.These practices cultivate a profound sense of embodied presence that profoundly influences her work and daily life.
